Are you an experienced Support Worker looking for a rewarding outreach role where every day makes a difference?
We're looking for a female Outreach Support Worker to our client, supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs in the community.

What you'll be doing

You'll provide 1:1 outreach support, helping people maintain independence, build confidence, and enjoy meaningful activities. Many of our service users are active and enjoy being out and about - walks, social activities, and community involvement are all part of the role.

About you

To be successful, you will need to be able to:
✔ Manage complex needs with confidence and compassion
✔ Support adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health issues
✔ Work independently - experience in domiciliary care or lone working is highly desirable
✔ Drive and have access to your own car
✔ Communicate clearly in English - due to the needs of some service users
✔ Be comfortable supporting younger, active individuals
