Brook Street are currently working with our established client in Nottinghamshire who are looking to recruit a permanent Customer Service Advisor into their team. Role - Customer Service Advisor
Contract - Permanent
Location - Nottingham (Bilborough)
Salary - £27,500 per annum
Hours - 8am-5pm (Monday to Friday)
We're looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join the team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing helpful information, resolving enquiries, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
Day to day, you'll handle calls, emails, and messages, process orders and account updates, and work collaboratively with other departments to find quick, effective solutions. You'll take pride in delivering excellent service, building strong relationships, and helping improve our customer experience at every opportunity.
