In this key role, you'll:

• Lead R&D projects, manage clinical trials, and drive technical innovation.

• Ensure regulatory compliance (UK/EU medical device & cosmetic regulations, CE/UKCA).

• Support internal teams with expert training, documentation, and stakeholder insights.

Essential Experience:

• Proven experience in a technical, scientific, or regulatory role.

• Degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field.

• Strong communication, data analysis, and organisational skills.
