Residential Support Worker - Westbury
£15.29-£15.61 per hour | £50 sleep‑ins
Join our children's home in Westbury and help make a lasting difference in young people's lives. We're looking for caring, resilient individuals who can build positive relationships, support daily routines, and provide a safe, nurturing environment. No experience is required - full training and shadow shifts are provided.
What You'll Do
Support children with routines, activities, and appointments
Safeguard their wellbeing and offer emotional support
Assist with household tasks
Complete reports, paperwork, and structured plans
What We Need
Age 22+ (Ofsted requirement)
Manual driving licence
Calm, compassionate, reliable, and consistent
