Support Workers are needed in West London (Immediate Start)

About the employer:

Supporting Young female with extreme challenging behaviour, mental health and learning disabilities.
The services needs care workers who can show understanding towards the people they support.
Autistic Spectrum, Down Syndrome, Williams Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy Sensory Impairments will be the challenges the service users are faced with in their everyday life

MUST HAVE:

  • You will be a person who has good knowledge of care structure.
  • You will be an energetic and engaging person as they need a lot of attention.
  • To have understanding and an empathetic nature towards service user and provide personal care.
  • Must be good at creating relationship with service users, actively talking and listening.
  • To maintain a good professional relationship with both service user and family.
  • To be a big part of the team and support other care workers.

Details of the role:
Position: Care Worker
Location: Great Portland St. W1W
Hours: Permanent
£14.60 Per Hour

Shift Patterns

  • 7.30am - 12.30pm and 12.30pm - 9.00pm Mon - Fri
  • 12pm - 9pm Sat - Sun


Minimum requirements to work with BS Social Care as a Care Worker:

  • Recent Care experience
  • Care Certificates and Trainings
  • You must have the right to work in the UK
  • You must have a good level of English and be able to communicate
  • A warm and personable nature with the ability to work with patience and understanding.
  • DBS on update service or willing to do one.
