Job Title: Telesales Deputy Team Leader
Location: Hybrid (Home & Office - Lincoln HQ)
Salary: £28,000 per annum + Uncapped Bonus
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Preferred: 08:30am - 4:30pm, with flexibility)
About the Role:
We're seeking a proactive and experienced Telesales Deputy Team Leader to support and drive the performance of our telesales team.
You'll work closely with the Sales Team Leader to coach team members, manage sales campaigns, ensure high-quality customer interactions, and support new starter development. You'll also play a key role in motivating the team and contributing to continuous improvement across the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and coach team members to meet and exceed sales targets
Create and distribute daily call lists
Monitor and report on performance and KPIs
Support quality assurance, call reviews, and development plans
Handle on-boarding and training for new starters
Represent the sales team in meetings and cross-functional projects
Identify and act on sales opportunities
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a telesales or contact centre leadership role
Excellent communication and people management skills
Target-driven and customer-focused approach
Strong time management and organisational abilities
Confident using Microsoft Office; NAV and SharePoint experience is a plus
Positive, adaptable and proactive mindset
