Residential Support Worker / Youth Support Worker

(Also suitable for: Support Worker, Children's Residential Support Worker)

Location: Glinton, Peterborough
Salary: £26,210 - £29,801 + £2,000 bonus
Contract: 37 hours per week | Set shifts | Secure children's residential setting

Shift Pattern

  • Fixed shifts: 7:30am-4:30pm or 1:00pm-10:00pm

  • Support and care for young people in a residential setting
  • Be a consistent, positive adult role model
  • Help develop confidence, independence, and everyday life skills
  • Take part in activities and daily routines
  • Work as part of a professional, supportive team

Who We're Looking For

  • Aged 21+ (legal requirement)
  • Caring, patient, and resilient
  • Comfortable with an active role (training provided)
  • Reliable and motivated to support young people

Experience in care or safeguarding is welcome but not essential.
