Join a Growing and Reliable Transport Team!
We're working with a leading local logistics provider who, due to continued business growth, is looking to add a skilled and dependable Class 1 HGV Driver to their team.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering stable weekday work with excellent rates of pay and a supportive working environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Driving Class 1 HGVs to deliver goods across Northern Ireland
- Handling container and curtainsiders trailer loads
- Ensuring goods are safely secured and delivered on time
- Performing daily vehicle checks (pre-trip and post-trip)
- Completing delivery paperwork and logging journeys
- Communicating with the Transport Team about routes, delays, and updates
- Adhering to all safety standards and road regulations
- Managing routes efficiently for timely and fuel-conscious deliveries
Criteria
Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
Full Driver CPC
2+ years of experience driving HGVs - particularly containers & curtainsiders
Excellent understanding of road safety regulations
Strong time management, communication, and organisational skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work overtime when required
