Production Operatives - Immediate start.

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a growing team based in Ballymena, Co. Antrim.

In this role, you will help manufacture precast concrete products used in construction projects across the UK and Ireland. You will be working as part of a team on a production line, following daily plans and ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.

This role is a temp to perm position after 12 weeks.

What You'll Be Doing

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Preparing moulds ready for production
Pouring and handling concrete
Producing items in line with daily targets
Following clear instructions from your Team Leader
Keeping your work area clean and safe
Completing basic paperwork such as timesheets
Working closely with your team to get the job done efficiently
Following all health and safety rules at all times

You may also be asked to work in different areas of the production department depending on business needs.

Requirements (Essential Criteria)

Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, agriculture, or a similar hands-on role.
Basic understanding of health & safety in the workplace.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Willingness to clean and maintain your work area.
Flexibility with working hours.
Ability to understand written and spoken English.

Working hours: Monday-Friday(40 hours), 5:00am-14:00pm or 6:00am-15:00pm.

Pay Rate: £13.00p/h(Weekly Paid) - Increasing to £13.50p/h after 12 weeks.
