Project Worker - Supported Living Service
Locations: Runcorn & Widnes
£13.32 per hour
Temporary on-going

Are you passionate about supporting people to rebuild their lives? We're looking for a dedicated Project Worker to join our supported living service for adults experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, and substance misuse across Runcorn and Widnes.

About the Role


As a Project Worker, you'll provide practical and emotional support to residents living in our supported accommodation. You'll work alongside individuals to promote independence, stability, and wellbeing, helping them move towards positive, sustainable futures.

Key Responsibilities


  • Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs

  • Support residents with daily living skills, tenancy sustainment, and resettlement

  • Work with individuals experiencing mental health difficulties and substance misuse

  • Carry out risk assessments, support planning, and key work sessions

  • Promote engagement with health, housing, and community services

  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to reviews and outcomes

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies

About You


  • Experience working with vulnerable adults, homelessness, mental health, or substance misuse (paid or voluntary)

  • A compassionate, non-judgemental approach with strong boundaries

  • Ability to build positive, professional relationships

  • Good communication and organisational skills

  • Confidence working independently and as part of a team

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends if required
