Brook Street Recruitment is delighted to be working on behalf of our client to recruit a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join their team based in Belfast city centre.
This role is ideal for a confident communicator who enjoys engaging with prospective clients and generating opportunities. You will play a key part in supporting the Field Sales Team by identifying leads, building a strong pipeline, and booking high-quality appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and targeted prospecting
- Book qualified appointments for the Field Sales Team
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and quarterly KPIs and targets
- Build and maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline
- Identify customer needs and tailor outreach accordingly
- Accurately update CRM systems with client information, call notes, and follow-up actions
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to maximise sales opportunities
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in telesales, sales, or a similar outbound calling role (Telco experience desirable)
- Excellent telephone manner with strong communication and listening skills
- Confident using IT systems and CRM platforms
- Self-motivated with a proactive and target-driven mindset
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude with a competitive edge
