Client Success Manager
Immediate start
Monday to Thursday 8am - 5.30pm whilst training
then hours change after 2 month probation to 11am - 9pm Monday to Thursday

**Sales Experience Required**
The Role
We're looking for a driven Client Success Manager with proven sales experience to grow revenue across our lapsed and existing accounts. This role blends relationship management with proactive selling - owning accounts, closing deals, and delivering outstanding service while representing the brand at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
Grow sales revenue within the house client base
Act as the main point of contact and deliver first-contact resolution
Chase quotes, close orders, and secure deposits and balance payments
Manage orders end-to-end, including shipping updates and follow-ups
Resolve client issues quickly and professionally
Maximise touchpoints using approved sales techniques
Maintain accurate CRM records and client communications
Represent the brand professionally at all times
Support and attend domestic and international trade shows
About You
Proven sales experience (essential)
Confident communicator by phone and email
Strong relationship builder with a commercial mindset
Highly organised and KPI-driven
Working fully onsite in East Sussex, this role is 4 days a week Monday to Thursday 8am - 5.30pm for 2 months while training then the hours will be 11am - 9pm
