Tax Associate | Belfast | Career Progression Opportunity

We are partnering with a thriving and ambitious Belfast-based practice that is experiencing an exciting period of growth. As a result, they are seeking talented Tax Associates to join their expanding team.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with both clients and technical specialists, gaining exposure to a diverse corporate portfolio while developing your expertise in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and reviewing corporate tax returns for HMRC submission
Personal Tax compliance for a range of clients across NI, ROI and mainland UK
Advising clients on corporation tax matters and liabilities
Researching tax legislation to ensure compliance and identify tax planning opportunities
Liaising with HMRC on client matters
Working collaboratively with clients and internal accounting teams

Criteria:

ACA / CTA qualified
2+ year's post-qualification experience in corporate tax
Comfortable working alongside technical professionals
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to interpret complex information and present it clearly and concisely
