Accounting, Insight and Advisory Manager - Leeds
Salary: £48,000 - £54,000

We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a dynamic team in Leeds as an Accounting, Insight and Advisory Manager. This role offers the opportunity to lead a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors, driving business growth and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a high-performing team through coaching and mentoring.
• Oversee client portfolios, focusing on budgeting, cost management, and billing.
• Project manage end-to-end engagements, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Foster strong client relationships and manage risk effectively.

Ideal Candidate:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA).
• Experience with UK GAAP and financial reporting.
• Strong technical skills, including FRS 102 and FRS 105.
• Proficient in cloud accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero).
• Proven team management experience in financial services.
