Support Worker - Supported Accommodation (Skegness)


Pay: £13.17 per hour

Shifts: Adhoc, ongoing & pre-booked (days and nights available)

About the Service


An 80?bed supported accommodation service for adults with complex needs. Residents typically stay for up to 3 months, with a strong focus on developing independence and moving on to stable, long?term housing. The role includes a blend of office?based key working and hands?on support.

What You'll Be Doing


  • Managing your own caseload and delivering structured support plans

  • Assisting residents with benefits, housing applications, and job searches

  • Signposting to external agencies and community services

  • Providing day to day emotional and practical support

  • Promoting independence and essential life skills

  • Responding appropriately to challenging behaviour

  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

  • Working collaboratively with the team to ensure full shift coverage

What We're Looking For


  • Previous experience as a Support Worker

  • Experience supporting vulnerable adults and individuals with complex needs

  • Confident managing a caseload and delivering practical support

  • Strong communication and IT skills

  • Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working a variety of shift types
