We are currently seeking a self motivated Manufacturing Operative to join our client based in Aylesford on a temporary to permanent basis.

Duties :

• Coiling and wrapping flexible liner.
• Packaging and labelling stock for both internal and external distribution.
• Assisting in the loading and unloading of vans/lorries.
• Contributing to ensuring order fulfilments are complete within the allocated time frames
• Maintaining a tidy and functional production area.
• Performing other duties as required.

Desired skills:

• Forklift licence is preferred but not essential.
• Comfortable performing manual tasks and using manual handling equipment.
• No previous manufacturing experience necessary, although it would be advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across all departments
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

working hours:

• Immediate start available
• Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.
• Support the team in working a quantity of Saturdays during the busy season (October to December) for additional pay.
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
